Who is responsible for your information

Move At Leisure is a registered sole proprietorship in British Columbia, Canada, operated by Emile Connaughton. Questions about this notice or your information can be sent to emile@moveatleisure.com.

Information collected through this website

When you submit the discovery application, Move At Leisure may collect your name, email address, general location or time zone, information about your movement or training history, what you would like help with, what has made movement difficult to maintain, what you have already tried and your stated readiness for the coaching investment.

The form is intended for adults and is not designed for medical records, diagnostic information, emergency requests, payment card information or other highly sensitive personal information. Please do not submit information you do not want included in an initial coaching enquiry.

Technical information

The website is hosted by Netlify. Like most hosting providers, Netlify may process technical information such as an IP address, browser information, request data and security logs when the site is visited. Move At Leisure does not currently use advertising trackers or a separate website analytics service.

How the information is used

Information is used to review your enquiry, decide whether Move At Leisure may be an appropriate fit, contact you about a discovery conversation, answer questions, protect the website and maintain appropriate business records.

Service providers

The website and application form are processed by Netlify. Email, video calls and scheduling may use Google Workspace and Google Meet. If you become a client, payment processing may use Stripe, while coaching communication and documentation may use WhatsApp, Notion and private or unlisted YouTube links. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms and may store or process information in another country.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active coaching relationship, meet legal or accounting obligations and maintain appropriate business records. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.

Your choices

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask what personal information Move At Leisure holds about you, request a correction, withdraw from further contact, object to certain uses or request deletion where applicable. Send requests to emile@moveatleisure.com.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical steps are taken to protect information. No online service, email system or third-party platform can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when the website, business practices or service providers change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
